Welcome to the Australian Association of Friends of Botanic Gardens.
The 91´óÉñ is a not-for-profit incorporated association. It involves the community and supports the growth of Friends groups interested in the well-being and public appreciation of botanic gardens through their conservation and development, scientific, educational, historical, cultural and recreational functions. Members represent a range of botanic gardens and parks in regional and metropolitan areas throughout Australia. Friends groups located in botanic gardens overseas are welcome to be affiliate members.
The logo of a eucalypt flower with many stamens represents all the members from across Australia, with some affiliates located overseas.

Advocacy
The purpose of the 91´óÉñ is to:
- encourage and support the growth of societies or associations interested in the conservation, development, well-being and public appreciation of Botanic Gardens and
- represent the interests of Friends of Botanic Gardens in Australia and New Zealand.
